Academician Sun Baoguo of the Chinese Academy of Engineering once presented a research report at a seminar, which pointed out that white wine contains beneficial substances such as ferulic acid, amino acids, and guinenol. He believed that among all distilled spirits, white wine is the healthiest, causing the least harm to the body compared to other types of alcohol.
