Part 01:
How many years count as longevity?
The definition of longevity may vary among individuals. Generally, according to the World Health Organization, people aged 60 and above are considered elderly, with those between 80-89 being considered long-lived and those above 90 being termed super-long-lived. However, cultural and historical backgrounds can influence how people define longevity. For individuals, longevity is not necessarily a fixed number. The crucial aspect is to extend one's lifespan through a healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset, leading a fulfilling and meaningful life.
