01 Skipping or Rarely Having Breakfast
On busy workdays and weekends requiring extra rest, many people tend to skip breakfast. However, this habit may impact our blood sugar levels. A study published in a diabetes-related authoritative journal randomly divided participants into two groups: one ate breakfast, and the other skipped it, while both groups had regular lunches and dinners. The results showed that compared to those who ate breakfast, participants who skipped breakfast not only had significantly higher post-meal blood sugar levels but also experienced a faster increase in blood sugar.
