In general, fruits can be consumed in a "warm" state through three main methods: soaking in warm water, boiling, and steaming.
1. Soaking in Warm Water:
- Place fruits in warm water below 50°C or peel and slice them, then briefly heat with warm water.
- Suitable for fruits suitable for "warm" consumption, such as soaked apples.
2. Boiling:
- Cut and peel fruits, then boil in water for about 20 minutes (boiling time can be extended if needed).
- Apples and pears do not need peeling.
- Suitable for fruits like pear, apple, sugarcane, hawthorn, orange, strawberry, etc.
3. Steaming:
