The Central Accident Control Headquarters stipulates that the scope of work for resident doctors will be expanded, temporarily allowing them to treat hospitalized patients in wards outside of their original departments. The standards for completing intern training are also planned to be relaxed, such that even if interns are sent to work in emergency rooms or intensive care units during their required departmental training, it will be considered part of the required departmental training.
