Two Tests to Check for Vascular Blockage:

1. Upper Limb Self-Test: Fist Clenching

- Clench your fist with all five fingers tightly for 20-30 seconds, as shown in the left image.

- Suddenly release and observe the color changes in your palm, as shown in the right image.

- Abnormal result: If the color change from white to red takes more than 5 seconds, or even 10 seconds without recovery, it indicates poor blood circulation and potential issues like blood viscosity or blockage.
