2. Lower Limb Self-Test: Leg Lift for 1 Minute
- Lie flat on your back, lift one leg to about 70°-80°, maintaining the position for about 1 minute (if unable to hold, assistance can be sought), as shown in the left image.
- Slowly let the leg hang down from the bed edge, as shown in the right image, and observe the color changes in the leg.
- Abnormal result: If during leg elevation, any part of the leg turns pale or waxen, and the leg fails to regain normal color within 45 seconds after lowering, it indicates arterial blood supply obstruction and blockage.
