the intestinal mucosa and perianal muscles are congested, causing a decrease in the contraction force of the anal muscles. Combined with a large amount of fluid in the intestinal cavity, it is difficult for the anal sphincter to control, and if the gas breaks through a small gap during farting, it may cause an unstoppable bowel movement.
