Abdominal pain: The most common symptom, often located in the lower right abdomen or around the navel, presenting as intermittent attacks. If there is persistent abdominal pain and significant tenderness, it indicates that the inflammation has affected the peritoneum or formed an intra-abdominal abscess.
Diarrhea: Stools are often mushy, with the possibility of bloody stools. When the lesions affect the lower colon, anus, or rectum, there may be symptoms of mucous bloody stools and tenesmus.
