1. Through Diet
"After eating this meat, I feel so happy!" "After a cup of milk tea, I'm alive again."
Protein in meat and sugar in sweets can promote dopamine secretion, so there's a basis for feeling happier after eating. We can promote dopamine production through our diet, with legumes, fish, dairy products, and poultry being excellent supplements. However, foods that are excessively greasy or high in sugar should be consumed in moderation, as they are not very healthy.
2. Through Exercise
Exercise can increase calcium levels in the blood, stimulating the production and absorption of dopamine in the brain. Studies have shown that walks or swimming for 30 to 60 minutes can accelerate dopamine secretion.
