Three types of "laziness" beneficial for longevity:
1. "Lazy" in eating too much: After the age of 40, changes occur in the digestion, chewing, and swallowing of food due to factors such as diseases or tooth loss. Consuming too much food can burden the digestive system, while excessively oily and greasy foods can harm the cardiovascular system. Therefore, people over 40 should eat less but eat well, ensuring a diverse diet with comprehensive nutrition, regular and timely meals, and maintaining eating habits.
