Gout causes

1. Diet:

High-Purine Foods: Foods rich in purines can increase the production of uric acid in the body. These foods include red meat (beef, lamb, pork), organ meats (liver, kidney), certain types of seafood (sardines, anchovies, mussels), and some types of alcohol (beer, especially).

Fructose: Sugary drinks and foods high in fructose can raise uric acid levels and contribute to gout.

Dehydration: Insufficient water intake can lead to the concentration of uric acid in the blood, increasing the risk of crystal formation.
